MBC/eTrigger Case Study #1 - Online VIP Guest List System - Nightclub
In an effort to increase web site traffic, the client needed to establish a system that would drive visitors to the Web site on a regular basis. The Online VIP System runs 24 hours a day allowing web site visitors FREE entrance into the nightclub Tuesday - Sunday, limited to once a month for each day.
  • Visitors fill out a Web site form to get in FREE Tuesday - Sunday
  • MBC/eTrigger downloads all VIP Guest request Emails
  • The system validates Emails against visitor history criteria and approves/rejects the requests for each day and assigns unique confirmation numbers
  • Authorized visitors are sent an approval Email response - Rejections are sent a rejection Email with explanation
  • The system shuts downs automatically when the daily quota is met or at a pre-determined shut down time
  • Once the system is shut down, the MBC/eTrigger automatically publishes the result on a secure Web page that only the client can review/print
  • Individual data fields are automatically parsed and imported into a FileMaker database - (e.g. MBC Contact Manager)
  • Birthday info is collected and monthly birthday invitations are sent to the visitors via the MBC Contact Manager
  • Once the system is shut down, received Emails are automatically exported and the system is reset for the following week/day
Results - SUCCESS: The client has experienced a significant increase in daily traffic since the release. Patrons now visit the Web site on a regular basis, and the client gets daily feedback (Email) from visitors about the club and/or web site. There has also been a significant increase in Email list subscriptions now that the client offers something special to patrons using the Web site. MBC/eTrigger Case Study #2 - Seminar Reservation System - Event/Seminar
The client was having a special event (seminar) and wanted to utilize his Web site to confirm reservations and collect demographic information about the attendees. The client was not interested in hiring a new employee or using existing human resources to manage the hundreds of expected Emails.
  • Visitors fill out a Web site form to reserve the special event
  • MBC/eTrigger monitors Emails giving an auto response/confirmation to submissions with unique confirmation numbers
  • Responses can contain info, links, attachments, pdfs etc.
  • Requests can be rejected based on certain criteria (e.g. duplicate Emails/names)
  • Data/individual fields are automatically parsed and imported into a FileMaker database - (e.g. MBC Contact Manager)
  • At the end of the campaign, the system will automatically publish the results in a secure area on the client's Web site
  • The system is scheduled to shut down automatically if the quota is met or the deadline has passed. It then uploads the relevant web pages informing Web site visitors no more reservations can be taken

The client was having a special event (concert) and wanted to promote the event by offering Web site visitors something special in return for their Email addresses and other demographic information.
  • Visitors fill out a Web site form to get a FREE CD at the concert
  • MBC/eTrigger downloads all VIP Guest request Emails
  • The system validates Emails against duplicate Emails/names, approves/rejects requests and assigns unique confirmation numbers
  • Email attachments can be included in the response (e.g. directions, application, form, etc)
  • At the end of the campaign, the system automatically publishes the results in a secure area on the client's Web site

Problem: You have a mail list subscription system on your Web site, but you don’t have a way to collect, process and manage this mail list in an efficient manner.
Solution: The MBC/eTrigger Mail List Management system
  • Visitors fill out a Web site form to subscribe to the mailing list
  • MBC/eTrigger downloads all subscription requests
  • Individual data fields are automatically parsed and imported into a FileMaker database - (e.g. MBC Contact Manager)
  • Optional responses can be sent to subscribers with additional info/marketing material
MBC/eTrigger Case Study #5 - Survey System
The client hosted a special event (utilizing the MBC Reservation System for RSVP). After the event, the client wanted to conduct an anonymous survey of the event to gather honest feedback from the attendees.
  • The MBC/eTrigger Reservation System exported the relevant RSVP contact data into MBC Contact Manager.
  • MBC Contact Manager was used to create a personalized Eblast asking the attendees to participate in the anonymous Web survey (providing the link to the Web page).
  • The MBC/eTrigger Survey System captured all submitted forms and collected information from the Web page.
  • At the end of the survey, the system published the results in a secure area on the client's Web site.
Results - Success: the client received a response rate of over 40% with detailed and honest feedback that will benefit both the company and the lecturer. Recipient loyalty is strengthened knowing the company cares about their opinion, and the lecturer got the type of honest and constructive feedback on his presentation that he normally does not get.

MBC/eTrigger Case Study #6 - Email Extraction / Parser
The clients had been accepting/processing product orders from their Web site for years via Email. They had accumulated hundreds of Emails from which they wanted to extract information they could use for marketing purposes.
  • Client Email is redirected to MBC/eTrigger Email Parser.
  • The MBC\eTrigger Email Parser extracts the relevant order data and separates the First Name from the Last Name)
  • The MBC/eTrigger exports the extracted data into the MBC Contact Manager.
  • MBC Contact Manager removes duplicates
  • MBC Contact Manager performs a broadcast Email (Eblast) offering personalized special discounts.
Results - Success: The client now has a targeted Email list of hundreds of customers/contacts (first name/last name separated) and can perform seasonal personalized Eblasts on new products and sales specials. The very first personalized Eblast sent (using the MBC Contact Manager) resulted in the same amount of product that normally equals a month of sales being sold in just two days!
The client now has a system where all online orders automatically go into the MBC/eTrigger and the Eblast list is now in a maintenance stage. The satisfied client is ready for the next opportunity and can't wait for Christmas!
