MBC DirectoryMaker Goes Japanese

Matteo's Japanese Menu / PacRim Web Site Directory
The MBC Directory Maker Database allows MBC to maintain complex link directories without being overwhelmed with editing and updating html pages. More important, it automates a lot of the back-end/administrative tasks that is normally the time-consuming part of maintaining a directory.
Significant updates include:
- Add support for Japanese Language
- Add support for constructing HTML/TEXT blast Email in Japanese
