Prepaid Contract Rates and Incidental Rate
|
As much as MBC would like to quote exact prices custom projects, the truth is that custom databases and Web site solutions is not an exact science and requirements sometimes change as the project evolves. Based on our experience we assess the scope of your Web site solution or database needs and determine an appropriate contract block of hours to either finish the project or present a solid foundation for the project to continue.
Hours not used on development/implementation can be applied to maintenance. All Web site and database work is done under the MBC Service Contract schedule, with rates as follows:
Prepaid Contract Rates
50+ Hours - $65 per hour
30-49 Hours - $75 per hour
10-29 Hours - $80 per hour
5-9 Hours - $90 per hour
Incidental (Not on the "A" list) Rate
$100.00/Hour
Important: First half-hour of analysis/needs are FREE for new contract clients.
The MBC Service Contract includes:
- Discounted hourly rate.
- Generous "unbillable/discount" time applied towards supporting your Mac needs.
- Timely response to your Mac problems and needs.
- Proactive phone support to help you get the most out of your Mac.
- MBC High Priority Status.
- Many of our clients have realized the value of purchasing a MBC Service Contract.
Standard Terms and Conditions
- On-site, off-site, telephone support and travel time is billed in 15-minutes increments.
- 15 minutes minimum travel fee for on-site visits.
- 1 hour minimum for on-site visits.
- Note: Travel fee for on-site visits might be applied at the discretion of MacBusiness Consulting.
