• New MBC Contract Hourly Rate Schedule starting 1/1/2004

Effective January 1, 2004, MBC will be implementing a new contract rate schedule.

There has been no change in our rates since 2000. However, our expenses and development costs have continued to rise to the point that we must take this action to continue maintain our high level of customer satisfaction and achieve a return on investment for our clients. All current contracts will be honored as is. The changes affect new contracts only. New rates still remain comparably extremely affordable in the information technology marketplace.

It might be smart move for you to purchase an MBC Support contract at the current rate to save $$$, and increase your tax write-off. Click here to learn about the services that are covered under MBC Support contracts for both Windows and Macintosh platforms.

If you would like to purchase an MBC Service Contract at the existing rate, contact me at ernest@macbusiness.com or 808-739-9797 for me to process the contract/invoice before 12/20/2003. All contract paperwork must be finalized and payments received before 12/31/2003 in order for the current rates to be honored. Don't hesitate of you plan to purchase a contract.

Discounted hourly rate.
Generous "unbillable/discount" time applied towards supporting your micro computing needs.
Timely response to your Mac problems and needs.
Proactive phone support to help you get the most out of your business.
MBC High Priority Status.

Standard Terms and Conditions:
On-site, off-site, telephone support and travel time is billed in 15 minute increments
15 minute minimum travel fee for on-site visits
1 hour minimum for on-site visits.
